Way too hard to name just 10, and which ones depend upon what mood I'm in at the time... nwobhm covers virtually every style of music but as to trax that bring back very fond memories...

    Quartz - Satan's Serenade (12'' not 7'' I know)
Tygers of Pan Tang - Suzie smiled
    Angel Witch - Angel Witch
    Battleaxe - Burn this town
Dark Star - Lady of mars
Gaskin - I'm no fool (I like the 7'' version better than the LP version)
    Jaguar - Axe crazy
Vardis - If I were king
Venom - In league with Satan
Raven - Don't need your money

As you can see this isn't a list of obscure singles rather songs that I absolutely played to death when they came out. They were and still are classic trax that still get the blood pumping, fists thumping, head banging and get me reaching for that damn air guitar... yes all considered common/simple songs today but when Venom In league with Satan came out there was previously nothing like it!

To me the best thing about nwobhm wasn't so much the 7'' singles but the huge number of brilliant compilation albums such as Brute Force.

This thread is extremely helpful. Lately I've been craving some NWOBHM and I have no idea where to look.

After listening to some of these groups I'll come back with my list.
