It was the Metal Heart tour of Accept, I saw them 1 day earlier in Düsseldorf.

Remember nobody knew the opener and as Exciter opened the gig, the crowd went totally crazy as Exciter was very popular that time.

I think it was the 1st time Exciter played in Germany.
