Their official logo was added by moderators of this board and it´s absolutely correct, look at their album 2016 or FB-site.

Agree with templarsteel, cyrillic letters are often hard to read.
At least I can identify the EL at the end (derived from the greek Lamda symbol) but I was also puzzled by what I read as "m" in the middle.
But looking it up it became crystal clear - the keyword is "italic".
If the cyrillic Letter т is written in italic font (cursive) it looks like an "m" (→ see Wiki).
Pretty confusing to write Total as Toman - at least in our eyes, isn´t it?

PS: That´s why I´m always pissed reading snotty comments (like this) by people not able to read more then one alphabet, never mind speaking another language…

The band is called Тотал and is from Bulgaria, Varna city!
Active period: 1988-1993



Тhey have two albums:
In 2014, the Japanese label Orphictone took an interest in the old Total records ('91s, '92s') and released them on CD in June 2014.

the logo is correct: that "M" is not a "M".... it's just the small "t" which looks like a "m":
