Without listening to the album, I believe one of the band members is the late Patrick Dubs of Savatage and most well known as the frontman for short-lived melodic hard rock band Agentz. Attached is the photo of the Living Spirit band above and a photo of Dubs from the Agentz album "Stick To Your Guns."
Very similar looking guy.
