Did a search on discogs, and all the tributes that had this song were performed by Eleventh Hour. The vocalist was Tim Lachman. He's the brother of Pat Lachman, and was also in Gargoyle(US, OR). You can search YouTube, and there are a few vids posted too. Hope that helped.
