Thrash metal act from Warwick, England, formed in ‘87. They released three demos (two in '88 and one in '90). Their first full-length studio album "Balance of Power" followed in '91. Their last album, named "Darkened Reality" was released in '93. Arbitrater was best known for having vocalist Tony ‘’Rat’’ Martin in the band, who also played with The Varukers and he is the current front-man for hardcore punk act Discharge. In the period ‘87-‘88 Arbitrater had drummer Andy Baker in the band, best known for being a member of crossover thrash metal act Cerebral Fix and doom/thrash metal act Sacrilege. Arbitrater is currently disbanded.
