I'm not sure Decree of Death is a legit bootleg.

The source tracks are:
Rigor Mortis from Rehearsal #5 from June 1985,

Intro, Chamber of Horrors, The First Song, The Second Song, Beach Building, and The songs of ? from Rehearsal #1 in January 1985

and Seizure from Rehearsal #2 in February 1985.

If you listen to Baptized in Blood [take 2] (Rehearsal #2) they talk extensively about Seizure and whether Skateboard remembers the lyrics. After that, Seizure starts.
