Just my guess, but this is the tracklist of the (vinyl ? CD ???) bootleg version (released by someone totally unknown to me...), because the REAL "Live in the Pantom City" demo includes only 5 tracks:

Update: lurking on the Facebook group suggested to me by Strappado, I've noticed that another version of the live-demo also exists, with 2 songs only...
