F-13 was a radio show rip on youtube
I guess the guy didn't have any copies of the record, or couldn't find the master tape yet.
It is is a decent song, something I can imagine Joan Jett or Cherie Curie could have done.
The Troggs cover is a pretty bad "techno/dance" version.
