Sorry if it has already been brought / if it's against some rule, but I was wondering if there's a possibility to have some sort of group buys.

For example, I would be willing to pay something like, say, 10 euros to hear this, but 100 euros is just way too much for what seems to be an OK album.

Now if we divided in 10 people or more it would make an acceptable price. I don't know how it can be organized easily though. There's also the question of who actually gets the vinyl; personally I don't really care as long as I can hear the music, but I guess it has to be someone who got the best turntable for ripping, also someone trustworthy (A mod ?).

Hi,

For me it's a good idea, but it's not easy to find enough people interested on the same album, how to securize it (i'm making unfounded accusations on nobody, but stolen nest eggs happens) and to decide who keep it and have material/time to rip it as you said.

I've tried to ask rip including for money to sellers of unobtainable expensive items, they never answered. I understand they want to sell their item and no problem with bands/labels but it's not very Metal's spirit (well i know it means all and nothing).
Speculation sucks.
