How did you find out about the site?

Hey what's up? My name's Andy, I'm 25, and my favorite genre is Epic Heavy Metal. Manilla Road is my hands-down favorite, but I also enjoy Brocas Helm, early Fate's Warning, Cirith Ungol, Angelwitch, Doomsword, Seyminhol, and many others. I also really like speed and power metal that are influenced by Epic Metal's aesthetic- Stormwarrior, Wizard, early Blind Guardian, Domine, and what not. I also have a soft spot for death/black up to around 1995.
Just wanted to say this site is awesome, and hopefully I can find some things to rip for you all in the future!

Hello to all, checking in from Wichita Kansas, I'm an old metal head who grew up on Judas Priest and Black Sabbath, Sad Wings of Destiny was my favorite for a lot of years. listened to metal like Heavy Load and Splitbeaver in the late 70's and have followed bands like Manilla Road who of course are from Wichita and did early recordings out of Ark City. I'll watch want list and see if I have anything people are looking for and Thanx in advance for anything shared.

yeah, Diskheaven is great - sad to hear they've closed the Tokyo store. A few years ago I worked in Yokohama for a couple of months and loved going to Diskheaven on the weekends - I found some really cool cds there for sure!

I went to a Japanese language school in a Yokohama suburb (Aobadai). I lived in Machida which was comfortable - pretty big town and about 20 minutes to Yokohama and 30 to Tokyo...
