There is no CD available as far as I know.

You can buy the DVD in the re-released Kill 'Em All Remastered Deluxe Box Set

But there is a torrent out there, where someone made a bootleg/pirate DVD , by inserting bootleg audio into the first 3 songs.
I think they took the audio from a different concert, but you can't notice any difference.
