Favorite Country?

UK first. Almost all the music I like (even non-metal) are from there.
Second, Germany.

Norway and Sweden are both in third place. Can't choose one.

I listen to metal from 5 countries primarily, and tiny bits from everywhere else; Japan, Germany, UK, US, and Finland.

As being Dutch I go for Holland (better name is Netherlands), but also USA, UK, Germany (duh those countries were/are major players on the Metal scene from the beginning). But some other countries has strong Metal base like France, Japan, Australia, a couple of South American countries. Some countries that you don't associate with Metal at all can produce some great bands that are on the top of my lists. Like Myrath from Tunisia, Pentagram from Turkey, Lovechild from Luxembourg, to new a few.

yeah, italy is magnificent, i would like to add to your list alter ego, vanexa, air speed, steel crown, captain kill, axe hero and rhapsody.

I picked these, because they are on the lead with a bigger margin, for me anyways.

then it gets a bit harder; I'd say that Sweden, and then Canada would be the next ones in line. So that'd make up my TOP 5.

I have to ask; I'm curious. For those who listed Finland in their TOP-list, who aren't Finnish: what are some of your favorite Finnish bands, which help the country to achieve a ranking in your personal list?

I looked through my record/cd collection, and downloaded bands, I play a lot to figure this out.

In alphabetical order -
Australia,Canada,Czech Republic,France,Germany,Norway,Poland,Sweden,United Kingdom,USA.

I listen to metal from all the other countries too, but the ones I picked, just more often.
