There are two listings currently on Ebay for this 1985 Venom tour book.
One for $199 by itself and one for $299 with some added miscellaneous items from a show with Slayer.

Picked this one up for $18 plus $6 shipping.
Damn I'm glad I didn't give in to these crooks on Ebay!!!

Today I got in the mail the ORDER FROM CHAOS "FROZEN IN STEEL" Diehard Edition (12 x LP) Boxset.
Maybe will post pics, but others have already done it elsewhere.

It has not yet sold out completely , but probably soon.
1,000 copies were pressed.
There is a Regular Edition (9xLP) without the added Rehearsal + Live LP's
