The approach taken by SHOW ME WOLVES on their new full length offering "The World They Took Over" is one that sends the listener hurling into an abyss of sometimes hypnotic/sometimes unsettling guitar textures with strangely melodic lines weaving in and out of the music. Listeners will surely find SHOW ME WOLVES's dark hymns to be sonically appetizing pieces of progressive Extreme Metal inventiveness. "The World They Took Over" totals eight songs of technical swirling and heaviness divide the 38-minute album all written and performed by Hörður Lúðvíksson.

Former Abbath guitarist and Vredehammer vocalist/guitarist Per Valla launches new project! VALLA and releases new track entitled "Oceans"

In April 2015, it was announced that Abbath ex-Immortal frontman, had recruited members to the band, specifically King Ov Hell from God Seed and drummer Creature to participate in the band. He also recruited Vredehammer guitarist and vocalist Per Valla to tour with the band as lead guitarist. However, in December of 2015 it was announced that the Norwegian session member Per Valla had left the band for personal reasons.
Sitting on many songs and riffs of his own Per Valla decided to launch his new project, simply titled VALLA. With this new project Per Valla reveals his talent in mixing Scandinavian Black Metal filled with poise, imagination, and craft with haunting atmospheric passages throughout.If you’re looking for a monumental, atmospheric, appealing and unique Black Metal act, you should certainly keep your attention directed at this great project. What VALLA says about the future of the band:
“The plan is to do this project a little against the current. The music business is just so messed up today and because of that I will record at home and release this on YouTube. If anyone wants to buy the music, they can download it directly from me for 1 euro per song. This way I don`t have to give 99% of everything to Spotify or other services. It`s just not fair!”

About plans for some live appearances for VALLA in the future, Per Valla says: "I have decided i will do live shows with Valla in the future. This i will do with myself on vocals and guitar (of course) and a drummer (session) simply because there HAS to be a drummer on the stage to provide the right energy and sound for the audience. -In other words I will do what many bands are doing these days, use backing tracks for synth and bass...adding session musicians for all the instruments would kind of be like having dancers onstage just for the visual effect, wouldn`t it?"

Greek Death Doomers IMMENSITY have released an official music video for the song "The Sullen" from their upcoming album "The Isolation Splendour" due for release Monday March 21 through Hypnotic Dirge Records and Solitude Productions.

The Isolation Splendour features five brand new lengthy tracks with a run-time of around 48 minutes, and includes two tracks from their The Lonely Aquarelle demo as bonus, so that the entire band discography will be included. In total, the run-time is approximately 68 minutes, so expect a comprehensive slab of atmospheric and melodic death-doom.
