Just seen on the High Roller Records website that the classic Traitors Gate - Devil Takes the High Road EP is to be reissued in Feb 2013:

A quick google search of those B side song titles and it appears none of them have surfaced before on any demos in circulation - so it looks like there's some previously unheard Traitors Gate to look forward to with this release as well!

YAAAHAA I'm still looking for the EP since so long....The last first press, according to popsike, has been sold for 157GPS ..so these are the BEST NEWS!!!
I'm even afraid of (and sometimes catching myself trying to avoid) visiting the HHR Site, since the last year, because my HHR-Order list grows and grows, but the money... puh suckkks

looks interesting indeed ... there was information about some demo tracks recorded by these guys ... but I can't say I expect them to be as good as the 1st track on the EP ...

The demo titles sounds a bit to cheesy to be as good as "Devil Takes The High Road" but I hope they at
least are in the same vein as "Love After Midnight" and recorded earlier or around the same period as the MLP.

Just read the interview - interesting stuff indeed. No mention of any unreleased material though unfortunately - guess we'll have to wait for Matthias Mader's notes to appear on the HRR site to shed light on the B side tracks.

There's a few more details on this release on the HRR site now and although it doesn't mention anything specifically about the extra tracks, it does mention live recordings existing of a pre-Traitors Gate project called Cyron from 1979, so perhaps this is where they are sourced from.

Damn, i really need to get this. Also i really need to know Shoot to kill's lyrics, I understand most of it but i really wanna know, just like when i search Virtue's "We Stand to fight" lyrics and i get 5 or 6 different lyrics lol

Ah yes, should've known the bonus tracks would be quality - High Roller never disappoints!

I got this the other day as well but haven't actually played it yet (need to manually correct the speed on my cheapo Bush turntable but haven't got round to it yet). Thanks for posting the 'Prussian Blue' sample - sounds promising...!
