This Demo was up for sale quite a few years back on ebay and it noted Leather Leone as the singer:
Leather Leone - Vocals (Chastain, Leather, Sledge Leather, Leather Leone, Rude Girl).

The others (unconfirmed) should be:

Lois LaRue - Guitar
Sandy Sledge - Drums (Sledge Leather, Warbride, Rude Girl)

Cara Crash and Heidi Hansen didn't join until 1987.
