ZZ Top is a good band, but metal it is not. I do understand that this is a hard rock section. I can marginally understand Kip Winger and Eric Martin, but once we start posting ZZ Top in the hard rock section, it opens the doors to future Tom Petty and Bruce Springsteen posts. The blog's name then becomes irrelevant.

I get you. ZZ Top are a good band. It's just that you can get bootleg concerts by ZZ Top, Boston, and the Rolling Stones on other blogs that aren't called Heavy Metal Rarities. I just hope that others don't now get ideas to post Tom Petty, Neil Young, or John Mellencamp here. Things would really get sketchy then.
