Listening to this, it might just be the audio from a DVD transfer of the officially released 'Cross Purposes Live' VHS (or alternatively a composite of the tracks from the CD with a VHS source filling in the gaps - such a fanmade compilation circulates).

The reason I think this is the case is that this sounds like the official release (which should be unlikely to be a straight soundboard), and from what I've heard about the complete show the official releases is missing 'Children of the Sea', and additionally features a shortened drum solo.

Everything else seems to match up. I will send a sample to a friend knowledgeable in Sabbath bootlegs and see what we can find.
