For provenance I think it is SBD, and it is really an excellent recording given that A) it is black metal and B) it is 1998. Granted, I remember getting an Entombed '97 Hultsfred show, so they must record some from the SBD for this festival, because that one was SBD as well. I believe he says Hultsfred before the last song. Also this:
