The tape says it was Cohoes NY 10/16/94 but that date is for Hadley, Ma., so that's what i am going with unless someone else can prove that to be incorrect.
This is a pretty solid sounding recording definably audience recorded but really clean sounding.

tape transfer details
The cassette then transferred to digital using a Sony tape deck (tc-we675 )
to Sony Receiver (str-de475) via a Behringer U-Control UCA202 onto my laptop where it was ripped, trimmed, tracked, Normalized using audacity saved as a WAV.
