Cd released by Audio Archives in 2002 (AACD 046).
I don't usually buy cd's but with releases like this i always make an exception.
Warlord is a UK band that was formed in 1974. They recorded a few tracks in the 70s (as far as i know all of them are included here, if someone has more info please add)
but never released anything until 2002, when Audio Archives compiled their recordings and released them on cd. All recordings are dated between
1974 and 1977 (more details below). Warlord delivers Occult Heavy Rock / proto-Doom Metal with progressive extensions
and an epic aura that will drive any fan of the genre crazy (just listen to the homonymous anthem, i wish they had more tracks like this one...). For fans of Black Sabbath,
Pagan Altar and generally occult 70s Hard Rock / Heavy Metal or new bands with a more 70s/vintage approach such as Witchcraft, this is an essential listen.
As written at the back cover, ''U.K. Underground Doom Metal'', ''Praise The Warlord''...
