Sonic Insanity began in June 1989 and the show was on every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon from 2 – pm. This was one of the last afternoon shows. By Sept.’89 Ron got the Tuesday evening time-slot from 6 - 9pm, then 7 - 10pm. The show stayed on Tuesday evenings and ran all the way until June 2004.

This show also happened to fall on my 18th Birthday. At the time I was playing in a local band called RAID. The Morbid Angel & Autopsy albums were brand new.
