Rampage Radio has supposedly aired from 2 AM to 8 AM every Sunday morning since 3/6/82. It was founded by Howie Klein, Ian Kallen and Ron Quintana (who also put out the Metal Mania fanzine) and is broadcast on KUSF 90.3 FM in San Francisco, CA. Here is the first hour of an early episode from 1/23/83, hosted by Ron Quintana. This was not taped by me, I recorded it from streaming audio off the KUSF website.
