No, it ain't a unreleased track, both of these songs were taken from the original mix of "Breaking The Chains" (wich i have uploaded here in the forum) and the song "We're Illegal" is basically "Live To Rock (Rock To Live)" but with different Lyrics and "Paris" is the studio version of "Paris Is Burning" ('cos when Elektra Records decided to remix the album in 1983 they swapped the studio version for a live version (though they say)), but i think you already know all of that.

Both tracks my friend are from "Don Dokken - Breakin' the Chains (Original Carrere Mix)".
The song 'We're Illegal' later turned with re-recorded vocals and lyrics into 'Live to Rock' at "Breaking The Chains" 1983 Album.
These two albums got almost the same tracklist with same small changes ("Paris (Paris Is Burning)" is a studio version at 1981 album but at 1983 album it's a live version Recorded In Berlin, December, 1982). Also at 1983 album the bass parts were not recorded by Ratt's Juan Croucier but Accept's Peter Baltes and some of the drum tracks we're recorded by Ratt's Bobby Blotzer.
