Band from Paris area, France. Seems to have a missing song, on the sleeve card of my tape there is one more song written ('One wall') but not recorded on tape and I know that the guy who has recorded this makes lots of mistakes so...doubt is allowed!

You're right the song "One Call" (not "One Wall") is missing on your tape, I have this demo in my collection with an excellent sound, I ripped it from the original one ;)
I think that the date is wrong too, I should say end of 80's beginning of 90's.
