Drowned changed name to Focus in 1998 and did a demo one year later, if certain online sources are to be believed. I was able to find a CD-R copy of that demo, although I'm not sure if it was ever produced and distributed in greater quantities; this copy looks more like a single promo burned for a festival organiser (Woodstock '99). There is no real cover, just a standard CD-R insert with the tracklist, basic info and some other notes written on it. Either way, the music isn't really different from the Drowned EP (one track was re-recorded), heavy metal/rock with a definite progressive element to it. Solid stuff for what it is and definitely on the rarer side of things.

I talked to former singer Jakob Erwa and it turns out this was actually an independently released album titled Savouring Every Second. The copy I got was just an advance promo version, the recordings are the same.

EDIT: And maybe this thread and the Drowned one should also be moved to the prog metal subsection, but dunno.

AZMODES,many thanx for this post and for the infos too!! Nice album, with compositions that combine many elements from the whole hard rock-metal spectrum, melodies with melancholic mood and some alternative tendencies too!! Not pure metal but nevertheless an amusing effort with pretty good guitar leads!!
