donutz, I don't believe this demo ever came out with a proper cover (booklet, j-card or what else you want to call it…); from Metal-Archives' additional notes:
"recorded during the self-titled debut sessions." Looks more like a promotional tape, at least to me...

no, no cover at all. I just had some photos from that time sent by somebody in high resolution but all pictures, flyers and scans of magazines or reviews are gone since years when I crashed my hard disk. From time to time I managed only to preserve and protect the audio files, as - somehow - pictures or scans can always be found somewhere else
