Thanks for reupload. Really obscure single.
I found little info : Dan Glendining (vocals, guitar), Tom Glendining (drums). They are probably brothers.

Thanks nctr, this helped a lot in the research!
Making a search on Dan Glending gave this:

In early 90's Dan was BLINDER band frontman. In 1992, he left BLINDER and formed the band HEADSWIM with his brother, the drummer Tom Glendining. HEADSWIM released 2 albums by Sony Music, but commercially the band were underperforming and Sony made the decision to drop them. Subsequent to this the band managed only one single, "Dusty Road", released in the UK on an independent record label (Pet Sounds), before they split up in 2001.

In 2002, Dan and Tom formed another band, called BLACKCAR. The debut album was released in 2003, produced by Paul Stacey.

In 2005, Natalie Imbruglia recorded Dan Glendining's "Come on home" for her UK #1 album Counting Down The Days.

Between 2005-2008, Daniel made songs for BLACKCAR'S new album "Last Scene Rushes", released on September 26, 2010.

Found even more info from a comment at http://liveandotherwise.blogspot.se/200 ... ayhem.html:

Blinder single - it's actually from around September 1987... I should know, I went to school with two of the band and saw them play live
several times at the Standard pub in Walthamstow, east London! The line-up on this single would have been:

    Dan Glendining - guitar, vocals
    Tom Glendining - drums
    Chris Moore - bass
    Stefan Kay - keyboards

As far as I know, it's one of only two singles they pressed up and released on their own - the other was "Slipping Away"/"My Wonderland" which was released in February 1988 (a copy of which I still have stored away somewhere...). You're right, they did make some demos later on, but nothing released commercially. By the time of the second single Nick Watts had replaced Kay on keyboards - when Moore left to go to university later that year, the group went through a few bass players before settling on Clovis Taylor. This quartet became Headswim four years later and had some minor chart success, signing to Sony Records and releasing a couple of albums. After they split up in 2001, Dan and Tom formed a new group, BlackCar: http://www.myspace.com/blackcarbandspace

I know because my dad is Chris Moore =P
He's not sure who Stefan Kay was, but he defiantly didn't play on any recordings of Blinder, he might have played for one gig.

Headswim released 3 albums in all, "Tense Moments" ('94), "Flood" ('95) and "Despite Yourself" ('97).
"Tense Moments" was a compilation of their two EPs "Tense Nervous Head" ('93) & "Moment Of Union" ('94).
I saw them live several times back in the early/mid '90's and they were a damn good live band.
Not strictly Metal exactly, but there were elements of Metal in their (quite unique) sound.
"Flood" was easily their best album, worth investigating if you're musically open-minded.
