Anyone got a rip of this 4 song 1980 EP by the Texan Hard Rock band Xcitor?
    Many thanks in advance.

Thanks theripper, most definitely "better than nothing"! I'll leave the request marked as unsolved just in case someone has the whole thing, but the chance to hear anything from it is greatly appreciated. (cheers1)
The group also had this exclusive track featured on the 1982 Various Artists compilation LP 'Talent n Texas Volume II':

Side A isn't great, but side B is pretty solid. Here ya go, my personal vinyl rip.

I see what you mean. The A-Side isn't horrible, but the flip is considerably better.
'Dirty Love' is the pick of the bunch for me, where they've got a bit of a NY Dolls vibe going on to my ears.
Thanks for the opportunity to hear the whole EP djenecit, it may not be a lost classic but it's still a very worthwhile listen.

Agreed completely. Side B is fun, but definitely not worth the price someone on Discogs is trying to sell it for! I paid $3 USD for mine a few years back when a local shop got a huge collection of 80's rock 45s off of a former music journalist.

    $3.00? Nice find!
Yeah, the way prices have ballooned in the last ten or 15 years thanks to these collector/investor types depresses me. To me music's for listening to, and i hate to see privateers exploiting music lovers to feather their nests.

I agree, but that's the world we live in unfortunately. Welcome to Capitalism. Most of us are guilty of occassionally paying over the odds for records we 'must' have, and whilst we persist in doing so these guys will only keep on inflating their prices.
