KARIAN demos & rehearsals with Chris Cronk

Formed in 1983 by Art Villarreal. Cronk and Perez recruited from local band "Byfist", later joining up with drum wunderkind Frank Ferreira. The band set out to create and perform a unique brand of Metal. Karion contributed, along with their counterparts, to the local circuits of San Antonio and Austin performing at Villa Fontana, Cameo Theater, The Ritz, The Conquistador, The Continental, Randy'sRodeo, among other venues.

In 1984, a six song demo was recorded at Sound Cube Studio in converse Tx., and is set for release Summer of 2011. Along with the audio tracks, there will be a video of Karion's last live performance at the Villa Fontana March 8, 1986. An extensive recount of the band's three year experience will be documented in the liner notes.

Too bad that karian has no cd releases that i remember. Just listening Silent fury mp3 song. This is so great progressive metal from 80´s.
