If an album (Mp3) is already posted and I have a version in another format (FLAC), should I make a new topic or post the link in the comment section?

FLAC is [Lossless], and if you did not rip the original mp3 , start the topic, then make a new topic.

Many times, the uploaders are not specific what version they shared if they did not rip it,
Which CD or vinyl pressing it is from is important to some fans as they want to know which ones sound better or worse.
