Curse is a solo side project started by Eldur probably at the same time as one of the first Icelandic Black Metal band Thule changed their name to Potentiam.

According to MA it is a demo recording, while discogs states that this release is actually a compilation of two demos recorded in 1998-1999.

Some tracks were later put on Dead Sun Rise album (2002) most likely in the same versions. At least I see no difference in the mix. Links for the album ------> metal archives or discogs.
