Having joined our efforts to upload the most complete as possible discography of the Russian band "Lady Prowler", let's do the same for the most prominent Soviet female-fronted heavy metal band "Marquise" ("Маркиза") that was active since March 1988 until 1993 and gained cult status among headbangers in the then USSR. "Marquise" was created on the ruins of "Take One" ("Дубль-1") band (1985-1987), probably the first hard'n'heavy female-fronted band in the USSR!

So here's a full-length demo tape issued on tape only in 1988. Some tracks have been subsequently re-recorded and released on the band's self-titled LP available for download here. "Raven The Viking" is a real killer!

I agree "Voron-Viking (Ворон-Викинг)" is an excellent track, however for me the original version from Дубль-1=Dubl’-1´s demo 96 (f+m vocals) rocks even harder…
