Here is the first demo from the amazing band Arrakis, whose 1988 demo has been on YouTube and at least partially shared here before. I came across this recording on YouTube this morning, and after sharing the link with a friend/trading partner, it turned out that they already had it, and sent me mp3s. Here it is for you all to enjoy as well. It seems that they are fairly overlooked and not talked about much, but they have a very emotional and gripping sound, and are talented as songwriters and musicians. Apparently there is another 1988 demo in addition to the one that is known about. It would be great if it surfaced someday, because the two demos that can be heard online are of extreme quality.
