As the times on this rip are all the same for the YouTube rips, I'm assuming this is just a fake 320kbs rip of the compressed YouTube files?

Yep, I just checked my upload, and it is obvious upconvert. On the other hand, the 15,8 kHz brickwall cut doesn't affect music (check the screenshot)
