This is one of the many demos on Ze Gomes, "Impossible to find Demos" list, which I sent him a copy of... sure hope he liked it... and now you can listen to it too.
To my ears it's in the vein of PRAYING MANTIS and overall is high-class heavy rock/heavy metal and should be a treat to any genuine NWOBHM fans... Deadline were just eight years too late to ride that wave, but they have great sense of melody through the structure of the songs all the way through to the guitar solos. The more you play it, the more it grows on you.
I don't know it they're from 'Liverpool' as per the M-A link or from Wales as per the contact address on the j-card CLWYD (Clwyd is a preserved county of Wales, situated in the north-east corner of the country; it is named after the River Clwyd, which runs through the area)... I'm betting Wales!
