The quality is mostly terrible but DETOUR are the best ones..... and even Oupharaxay (the girl) is not bad

As far as I know, there are a lot of other bands active in the 90's but these - after years of researches and NO reply but anybody - should be the earliest ones, along with Bohaln (another USA-based band) and the "pure laotian / laotian based" Sapphire (they released 3 albums and one promo Ep) and Exile (3 albums)

Some of these bands are still active (Noom Sery, Chitpanya, Mekmorakoth, BB Gun) and released more albums even recentely (also on CD) but it's impossible to establish any contact with local lao in USA, but most of these should still be available in local american lao stores
