TST's name was taken from the RAMONES song "Gimme Gimme Shock Treatment" and shortened to T.S.T. - The Shock Treatment. This LP are probably the lesser known output by them and it's not often you see it listed in their discography. TST earlier releases: "I Väktarnas Värld EP (1981)", "No Teenage Future EP (1982)" "TST (1982)" and "TST EP (1984)" was raw punk, this totally changed for this LP and the band now takes influences both from the punk and the metal scene - mixed with some melodic and hard rock elements. Totally worth to check out by both punk and metal fans!.
