Is this band not the same as the band "Cutthroat"? The tracklist is the same as Cutthroat's album

I've found this review dated from 2009 on Metalpage:

Some sceptical voices may shout now that Retrospect made a mistake, but feel free to check out Atomik Cocktail's myspace site as well. You'll find the same tracks there! So who made the mistake and of much more importance is the question, did Joe Pangallo know that it's not Cutthroat on his LP or not? Kinda wicked situation...I wonder if Atomik Cocktail do know what happened with their material???
