    What turntable is that?
    I can't see from the photo ...

P.S.You have a smooth turntable, but your recording level is much too high and you have distortion in your sound.
Decrease the recording level (peaks below 0 dB) when you are ripping your LP's and the sound will be better.
    Trust me.

    (cheers1)

EDIT:And I think, your turntable , is spinning faster than it should spin ...

I use that program, but what is the problem? in your pc or in my rip, because everything plays normal.

Your sound is, a little bit, distorted in the high frequencies.
Recording level in your right channel is too much, compared with the left channel, as you can see in the two screenshots below.
First song is A1 - JOSHUA _ Surrender Love and second track is A1 - JACK STARR _ Concrete Warrior

And I can guess your cartridge is not adjusted properly and that's why the two channels are not "balanced".

Adjust the cartridge (that's the most important factor in every turntable, if you want to have the best sound you can extract from it) so the two channels are "balanced" and then,
decrease the recording level (peaks below 0 dB) when you are ripping your LP's and the sound will be better.
