Stormer was formed in Los Angeles in the second half of
the 70s,they had various and continuous line up changes during
the years featuring among the others Tim Gaines (later with Stryper)
and Stephan Shawn (aka Stephen John Williams - later with Great White).

Stormer intensively rode the Californian circuit clubs always
on the verge of becoming the next big thing(played live with Van Halen,Motley
Crue,Ratt,Metallica,Steeler, Armored Saint,Great White etc.)
but it never happened and finally disbanded in late 1983 or early 1984;
their only official release was a 7"(the rip is included here) made in 1981
and a couple of studio demos(the 1980 demo is also included here);
as bonus are also included three live songs recorded in 1982(one is a Queen cover)

Some of their songs are attributable to the xian vein while others are clearly
party songs,enjoy!!!!

If you watch closely in the opening credits to Richard Pryor Live On Sunset Strip you see the marquee for the Troubador club at one point & the bill that night is Cirith Ungol & Stormer. I've been curious to hear them ever since so thanks for the opportunity.
