Sometimes misstaken to be from Denmark since their albums was released by the Danish label Büms records.
Info from Janne Stark's Encyclopedia: Formed in 1989, after some demos they had a track on the Büms compilation 'Scandinavia Calling'. This resulted in the recording of 'Lost Generation'. Rough Diamond is quite a good name for this band. They play rough-edged melodic hard rock/AOR in the vein of early Glory. The quality is above average and the record is well worth checking out. The band recorded some promising demos after the album, but nothing happened. After the album Chris was out of the band. Not to be confused with the Stockholm metal band.
Anders "Al D'Elt" Eltebo - Vocals
Christer "Chris Light" Olsson - Guitar
Claudio Lepori - Guitar
Mats "Mark" Johansson - Bass (A Virgin's Delight?, Bruce Wayne?)
Anders "Andie" Borgström - Drums
