a deadringer for BLACK SABBATH'S "Heaven and Hell". Christian Sundell was only
8 years old when WULCAN was formed. Peter Sundell are today active in the band

The piano-intro reminds me of "City streets" from EXXPLORER, but then, as you mentioned, "Heavy & Hell" reloaded. Nevertheless, seems rather interesting, thanks for the upload!
