I have searched for the title of the song playing in this video for years
without any luck. Does anyone here knows which band it is?.

According to the video uploader's comments, it's either Hatchett Brothers' Fortress or Black Happy's Reason to Be Happy.

the mystery considering that song (or actually 2 songs) seems to be solved,thanks goes to the uploader on You Tube northaunt and the guy who put himself to trouble to find it out:88swampedmj, here's what he wrote 6 months ago on that tune You Tube channel:

"Hey guys,
I emailed Eric Perlman, with regards to the song. Here is what he said.
The first Dano segment at Cave Rock the music was by the Hatchett Brothers band, Fortress. They still play but never released an album. The second Dano Cave Rock segment featured a song by Black Happy called Reason to Be Happy. That song was from their first CD, Hungry Dog Salad."

Yeah so this is apparently a band called Fortress from Lake Tahoe, CA featuring Hatchett brothers Dave & Mike.
