I came across a review for the band Wild Life, demo title "Wildlife" that is describing what has been known as the Wild Devils "Wild Life" demo online in recent times, in Metal Underground #5 from 1988:

Was wondering if the publication is incorrect, or were the first few Wild Devils demos released under the band name Wild Life? There is a little bit of information online that a band in the same area called Wild Life exists and has released some tapes. This link that has a brief description:

(translated to English): Not much is known about Wild Life, the release of two demos is not enough for him to reach a record deal. The band sounded vaguely doom care to nwobhm bands like Angel Witch and Pagan Altar.

This is/was the blog of Eugenio Giordano (Metalgenio on Thrashmageddon and Cardinale1 here on HMR)...apparently these were two different bands even if they were from the same area (Piedmont,north Italy).

Pretty sure it was a typo... the name of the band had been always - since their early days - Wild Devils
