Heavy Load - Metal Conquest (TMP 811 vers #2)

This version is with the black box over distribution information on the backside. Discogs doesn't claim it as a bootleg:

Does anyone happen to know whether this issue is legit and if so, is it a repress and when was it pressed? Maybe someone has bought this at certain point of their life?

I wonder if it has the same source of mastering and quality than the 1st pressing.
