Info: Wolfpack were a shotlived Speed/Thrash band that was formed in Bolton, England, UK in the year of 1986 and released 1 full length in 1987 through the UK label Chain Reaction Records, in the same year of 1987 they released a demo under a different name Salem wich had a fourth member in the band and after that they split-up, so few of the members went and joined different bands, Phil Gavin played in Tröjan and then play with Lethal who would then change their name to Taliön and ended up recording a album with them in the year of 1989 called "Killing The World", well the rest of the line-up just disappeared.

Ripped this lp straight from my own personel copy of the original lp

well, maybe it was unecessary but i decided to do a re-rip of this lp

now, the one reason i wanted to re-rip it was that arround the beginning of "Full Scale Attack" there is a some sort of jump or pop that was annoying so on this new and improved rip, that is totally gone, ripped the record using the Panasonic record that my mother had for years, there is still a pop sound at the end of "Death by Default" but that track has always had pop thee so that's something that i can't fix unfortunately but the whole record played fine, ripped good, beefed up the sound so it does not sound too flat so with that i alos boosted the volume (i hope it's no so loud), i did some other editing as well

so in other words i hope you all enjoy this improved vinyl rip of this overlooked thrash lp

also to add that i don't have a mp3 version of this rip but for right now the lossless rip is gonna be up.

Definite improvement. Thanks man! What did you use to alter it like that? I have tried to alter the sound myself a few times but it always ended up sounding even worse .

that rip was pretty odd sounding anyways, even if I tried to make that original rip sound better, it probably would sound worse

but to answer your question, this rip was easier to work with, 1. i used WavePad to record it, 2. i used WavePad to kinda lower some of the vinyl noise, 3. i used Audacity to edit the rest of it like add extra base, amplify the volume abit and that's about it, no other alteration, tried to say true to the sound as posible.
