This is out of print, and not re-released, so only used sellers / ebayers / etc gain profit.
Not the out-of-business record labels and defunct bands.

A lot of old music similar to this situation, is on eBay too, so do we delete the entire forum except for the bootleg and demo tapes ?

I am amazed how Amazon still gets away with selling any band's music illegally.
How is Screaming Ferret Wreckords (now closed) selling this on Amazon?
Maybe Glenn Evans made a deal with them when S.F. were releasing Nuclear Assault's "Third World Genocide"CD, and the "Louder Harder Faster" DVD, but since they closed, that probably means Amazon is ILLEGALLY keeping all the money, just like i-tunes is illegally selling Malhavoc's music as digital files.
