This is a one-track NFS flexi disc originally included with the Japanese metal (& sometimes punk) magazine Rockin 'F.

It's a first known to me release of this band
On their earlier releases band sounds like typical japanese 80's speed heavy metal band with VK visuals which stands one foot in metalpunk field with sounding like speed up Danse Macabre, Zouo, Deep Throat or Poison Arts plus Motorhead vibes sometimes.
Later more thrash metal parts had to appear.
